Spa does not run, no power, nothing works: Fuse , RCD GFCI , inPut wiring , high-limit switch, Spa runs, but does not heat or heats insufficiently: Flow/Pressure switch, thermostat , heater contactor/relay , heater element ,spa side control , filter cartridge
Excessive heat: Thermostat , heater contactor/relay , spa side control
No low speed pump or ozonator function: pump air switch, blower air switch, time clock , thermostat , contactor/relay , pump motor , ozonator
Continuous low speed: Time clock , thermostat , contactor/relay , pump motor
No high speed: pump air switch, pump motor
Continuous high speed; both speeds at once: Pump air switch, pump motor , contactor/relay
No blower: Blower air switch, blower motor
Continuous blower: Blower air switch
No light: Light air switch, light transformer, light fuse, lamp
No ozone:
GFCI keeps tripping:GFCI/RCD, heater element
Reduced water flow: Filter cartridge, pump
Burnt wires or melted insulation: Terminal connections
No water flow; pump motor humming: Pump
Spa leaks: Pump seal, heater manifold, valves, plumbing, jets and spa shell.
