HOT TUB MOVE CONTRACT
Parties:
This contract (“Contract”) is entered into between Mr Hot Tubs Limited, hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider,” and yourself, hereinafter referred to as “Client.”
Scope of Services:
The Service Provider agrees to provide hot tub move services to the Client for relocating hot tubs.
Fees:

Standard Move Call Out Fee:

The Hot Tub Move Fee is £180 plus VAT for hot tubs supplied and installed by Mr Hot Tubs Limited. For hot tubs supplied by third parties, the standard move call out fee is £220+vat. This is within a 20 mile radius of Service Provider’s Base.
- Distance Surcharge:

For traveling to the collection address if out of the 20 mile radius the fee is £80+vat per hour of traveling to the collection address.This is also applicable for the travel from the delivery address back to the Service Providers base.
Hourly Fee:
- From the moment the Service Provider is on-site, the fee is £80 plus VAT per hour until completion of the move.
Payment Terms:
- The standard move call out fee and hourly Fee is payable by the Client upon the Service Provider’s invoice.
- The Distance Surcharge, if applicable, will be calculated based on the actual distance from the Service Provider’s base to the Client’s collection location and will be invoiced separately. Payment for the Distance Surcharge is due on the day of invoice.
Cancellation Policy:

If the Client needs to cancel a scheduled hot tub move appointment, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the Hot Tub Move Fee.
Terms and Conditions:

The Standard Move Call Out Fee covers the Service Provider’s travel to the collection address only.

The Hot Tub Move Fee covers the Service Provider’s time from arriving on site and relocation services only.

The Client agrees to provide the Service Provider with reasonable accessible access to the hot tub for relocation.

The client agrees there is sufficient space for relocating the hot tub. If access to the hot tub is not accessible, the Client is still responsible for paying the Hot Tub Move Fee.
