We offer help and advice on new and old hot tubs, whether you have a water clarity problem, a breakdown or need a hot tub relocation.

We have been selling and repairing hot tubs since 2002 so we have seen most issues arising from owning a hot tub.

Let us know your make and model of hot tub.

We may ask you for pictures that may help the service engineer.

Service Fees:

The call out rate is £80 per hour plus VAT. Weekend call out is available +£15 ph

(This rate is chargeable from our base in Doncaster. The hourly rate will cease from completion of work at your property.)

Electrical work

Service Fees:

We can carry out all electrical work from re-wires to adding sockets.

We have an hot tub electrical installation team for a one stop shop.

We have a 24 hour call out for emergencies.

Fully qualified reg’d electricians.

£35+VAT. 24 hour/w-ends/extra.

Hot tub reloction / move

I.e. make & model of hot tub, size, age, location/address access in and out of both properties.

Moved flat or on its side? Is a crane needed?

Relocation Fees:

There is a minimum relocation flat rate of £180 plus VAT.

Plus from £80 per hour plus VAT.

We stock parts for hot tubs in the UK for immediate dispatch.

Payment will be collected upon any order of parts. Approximate delivery time will also be discussed on call back.
